All ready-to-ship orders are being shipped from Los Angeles, CA.

How will my order be shipped?

Where do you ship to?

Georgia’s Gems ships to all U.S. states and territories.

Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, and P.O. Boxes may require additional delivery time and are not eligible for expedited shipping.

International shipping is available to select countries. International customers are responsible for any applicable duties, taxes, or customs fees required by their country.

How long does it take to receive my order?

Ready-to-ship orders are processed within 2–4 business days.

Once shipped, standard U.S. shipping typically arrives within 3–5 business days, depending on the destination.

International shipping times vary based on location and customs processing.

If you need expedited processing or shipping, please contact us before placing your order and we will do our best to accommodate your request for an additional cost.

How much are shipping costs?

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and selected shipping method.

Tracking is provided for all orders once shipped.

Can a shipping address be changed?

Once an order has been processed or shipped, we are unable to modify the shipping address.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Georgia’s Gems is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
