Ordering

What size should I buy?

If you’re not quite sure which size is right for you, refer to our size guides. They’re located underneath the available sizes for each of our products.

In between sizes? Perfect, all gems are cut to order so feel free to share your measurements in the note section when you check out.

If you require further assistance regarding sizing and measurements feel free to send us an e-mail, our team is happy to help. 

Can I cancel my order?

Once an order has been placed and processed, it cannot be canceled. Please contact us within 12 hours of order placement via email at: info@georgiasgems.com if you need to make changes to your order.

How long does it take to receive my order?

All orders take 7-10 business days to process and create. Standard priority shipping takes between 3-5 business days. If you need a rush order or expedited shipping, please send us an email and we’ll adjust at an additional cost.

Often times production time can be faster, so don't hesitate to ask where we are in helping customer's like you slay their vacay! Shoot us a line here and we will let you know if you can expect your gems sooner.

Shipping, Returns & Exchanges

All orders are shipped using USPS Priority mail unless other options are selected. If you have any questions regarding your order, please contact us at: info@georgiasgems.com.

We ship all orders to all US states and territories. Orders being shipped to US territories such as Hawaii, Alaska, US territories, and P.O. Boxes do not qualify for expedited shipping. We do not ship internationally at this point.

What is the shipping policy?

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that your order was received. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

At Georgia's Gems, we want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchases.

However, we understand that online shopping can be tricky, so we’re here to make sure you're satisfied with your order.

How to Initiate a Return:
Returns receive store credit only. Your package will not be shipped with a return slip.

Please email info@georgiasgems.com with your order number if interested in a return.


**We do not reimburse for return/exchange shipping.


**All return refunds are given the full price value of the item minus the shipping cost of the order.

To return a purchase, your items must meet the following conditions:


1. Be returned within 14 days of your delivery date.


2. Be in its original, unused, unaltered and unwashed condition.


3. Be returned with original tags and packaging.


SALE/DISCOUNTED ITEMS: Items marked "Sale" or discounted with a promo code are final sale, and are NOT eligible for exchange or store credit.


FULL PRICED ITEMS: Eligible for exchange or store credit.

PLEASE NOTE: As a sustainable and no waste brand we rarely restock fabrics once they sell out. If you are afraid that your desired fabric will sell out, we recommend placing a new order right away and using the store credit in the future. We are sure you'll find something you like!


CUSTOM ORDERS: All custom orders are final sale and not eligible for exchanges or store credit.

PLEASE NOTE: Unworn items must be returned in original packaging - with hygiene liner still attached. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the hygiene stickers & tags on our products have been removed or tampered with. 

Exchanges can be made for the same product in a different size or color. If exchanging for a different style/product, customers must pay the difference in price.

Product Care

Caring for your swimwear is important. Make sure you follow these simple steps to keeping your swimwear in optimal condition.
Do not dry clean or wash in warm or hot water.

Do not iron or leave directly in the sun.

Hand wash in cold water.

Lay flat, out of direct sunlight to dry.

Make sure that sand is removed from the garment as this can dry out the fabric. Store in a dry place where air flows frequently to avoid moisture from building.

Do not leave in direct sunlight or wear in extremely chlorinated water - this may cause colour to fade and damage material.

Avoid contact with rough surfaces. ex. - rocks, pebbled / stone pool surfaces. 

*We do not take responsibility for fabric damage as a result of incorrect washing/sun damage/chlorinated water damage.

Wholesale

Currently, we do not offer wholesale for custom gems. They can can only be individually purchased for personal use. The ready to ship gems are available for small boutique sized wholesale orders. Please send all inquiries to the email below.
