Ordering

What size should I buy?

If you’re not quite sure which size is right for you, refer to our size guides. They’re located underneath the available sizes for each of our products.

Can I cancel my order?

Once an order has been placed and processed, it cannot be canceled. Please contact us within 12 hours of order placement via email at: info@georgiasgems.com if you need to make changes to your order.

How long does it take to receive my order?

Ready-to-ship orders are processed within 2–4 business days.

Once shipped, standard U.S. priority shipping typically arrives within 3–5 business days, depending on destination.

If you need expedited processing or shipping, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your request at an additional cost.

We’re always happy to help you receive your gems in time for your next escape - feel free to reach out with any timing questions prior to ordering.

Shipping, Returns & Exchanges

All orders ship via USPS Priority Mail or the best available carrier option at the time of fulfillment unless another shipping method is selected at checkout.

We currently ship throughout the United States and internationally. Shipping rates and delivery times vary by destination and will be calculated at checkout.

Please note that orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, and P.O. Boxes may experience longer transit times and may not qualify for expedited shipping options.

International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes determined by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

What is the shipping policy?

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that your order was received. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Due to the intimate nature of swimwear, all sales are final.

We currently offer exchanges or store credit for eligible items only.

To qualify, items must be:

• Unworn and unwashed

• Returned with original tags attached

• Returned with the hygiene liner intact

• Free of stains, makeup, deodorant marks, or damage

Exchange requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery, and approved items must be shipped back within 14 days of delivery.

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested item is unavailable, store credit will be issued instead.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Georgia’s Gems does not provide return labels.

Items that do not meet these requirements will be returned to the customer.

Product Care

Proper care will help preserve the beauty and longevity of your swimwear.

For best results:

• Hand wash in cold water after each wear

• Lay flat or hang to dry in the shade

• Do not machine wash, tumble dry, dry clean, or iron

• Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight while drying

• Rinse after contact with chlorine or saltwater

• Remove sand promptly, as it can damage fabric fibers

• Avoid contact with rough surfaces such as rocks or textured pool edges

• Store garments in a dry, well-ventilated space

Please note that excessive chlorine exposure, improper washing, or extended sun exposure may cause fading or fabric damage over time.

Georgia’s Gems cannot be responsible for damage resulting from improper care, washing, or environmental exposure.

Wholesale

Georgia’s Gems welcomes wholesale inquiries from select boutiques.

Ready-to-ship pieces are available for small boutique wholesale orders, reviewed on a case-by-case basis to ensure alignment with our brand and production capacity.
