- FEET WIDE AND TURNED OUT 45 DEGREES - SINK INTO A SUMO SQUAT AND PRESS THE BAND OUT AND ACROSS
- DO EACH EXERCISE FOR 30 SECONDS - REST FOR 30 SECONDS
