#2 SQUAT W/BICEP CURL

- STAGGER THE FEET - STAND TALL AND DRAW YOUR ELBOWS UP AND BACK

#3 SUMO SQUAT W/CHEST PRESS

- FEET WIDE AND TURNED OUT 45 DEGREES - SINK INTO A SUMO SQUAT AND PRESS THE BAND OUT AND ACROSS 

- DO EACH EXERCISE FOR 30 SECONDS - REST FOR 30 SECONDS
