FULL BUST

Measure across the fullest part of your bust. 

Straight across  the nipples.

Preferably with an unpadded bra on. 

WAIST

Measure across the smallest part  of your waist.

Can't find the smallest part? It is where you naturally side bend. 

Do not suck in. 

HIGH HIP

Measure across the area where your hips begin.

Can't find the high hip?  It is where you can feel your pelvic bone tips.

Keep the tape even/flat.

FULL HIP

Measure across the fullest part of your hips.

Can't find the full hip?  It is where your butt sticks out the most.

Keep the tape even/flat.

Only need this measurement for leggings as a swimsuit won't sit this low.

Worth repeating... DO NOT use your full hip measurement when looking at the size chart for swimwear.  Only use your high hip measurement.

TORSO

Measure in a loop from one shoulder, under your crotch and back up to the same side shoulder.

Stand nice and tall.

Only need this measurement for  one pieces.

1) DON'T USE A RETRACTABLE MEASURING TAPE.  2) MEASURE IN INCHES. 3) DON'T OVERLAP THE TAPE. 4) KEEP THE TAPE FLAT AND WATCH OUT FOR TWISTING. 5) KEEP YOUR BODY RELAXED AND DON'T SUCK IN. 6) MAINTAIN GOOD POSTURE.
