BALANCE ONE FOOT ON THE ARM OF YOUR COUCH WHILE YOU BALANCE AND SQUAT WITH THE OPPOSITE LEG!

- DO EACH EXERCISE FOR  45 SECONDS - REST/TRANSITION FOR  15 SECONDS
