HOLD A  PLANK ON THE EDGE OF A BENCH OR CHAIR WHILE YOU RUN YOUR KNEES TO YOUR CHEST!

#3 BENCH HOPS

HOLD THE SIDES OF THE BENCH AS YOU HOP YOUR LEGS  OVER  SIDE TO SIDE!

- DO EACH EXERCISE FOR  45 SECONDS - REST/TRANSITION FOR  15 SECONDS

REPEAT THE THREE MINUTE CIRCUIT 2-3X FOR A GREAT CARDIO WORKOUT!
