#1 MISTAKE

Using your knees instead of the major muscles in your lower body - the gluets, hamstrings and quads.

#2 MISTAKE

Rounding your spine and not activating your core muscles in order to maintain a neutral spine.

Activating your posterior chain (muscles in the back of the body) by sitting in your heels, hinging and then lowering.
