Where is my order being shipped from?
All orders are being shipped from Los Angeles, CA.
How will my order be shipped?
All orders are shipped using USPS Priority mail unless other options are selected. If you have any questions regarding your order, please contact us at: firstname.lastname@example.org.
Where do you ship to?
We ship all orders to all US states and territories. Orders being shipped to US territories such as Hawaii, Alaska, US territories, and P.O. Boxes do not qualify for expedited shipping. We do not ship internationally at this point.
How long does it take to receive my order?
All orders take 7-10 business days to process and create. Standard priority shipping takes between 3-5 business days. If you need a rush order or expedited shipping, please send us an email and we’ll adjust at an additional cost.
How much are shipping costs?
Shipping costs vary depending on service requested. The prices below are approximate and can change at any time.
USPS Priority Mail starting at $7.95.
USPS Overnight Mail (for rush orders only) starting at $24.95.
Tracking is available on all orders.
Can a shipping address be changed?
Once an order has been processed and shipped, we can no longer edit or change a shipping address. Customers are responsible for providing accurate information when placing an order. We hold no responsibility for packages shipped to the incorrect address.
My packaged was returned to Georgia’s Gems?
All packages returned to Georgia’s Gems are forfeited and purchaser assumes all responsibility for return shipment cost. If purchaser refuses to pay for return shipment, orders are forfeited and no refunds of any kind will be given. Purchaser must be certain all information is correct when ordering. We hold no responsibility for lost, stolen, or undeliverable packages to the consumer.
My packaged was damaged upon arrival?
We are not responsible for damaged items in transit to you by USPS. Please contact your local office to file a claim. We ensure all packaged items are intact and defect free prior to shipping.
RETURNS + REFUNDS
Can I cancel an order?
Once an order has been placed and processed, it cannot be canceled. Please contact us within 12 hours of order placement via email at: email@example.com if you need to make changes to your order.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Due to the nature of our products all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.
Do you provide wholesale for your designs?
Currently, we do not offer wholesale for custom gems. They can can only be individually purchased for personal use. The ready to ship gems are available for small boutique sized wholesale orders. Please send all inquiries to the email below.
